This is a yoga practice developed by Lees Yunits, E-RYT 500, who has taught yoga at the Cultural Center since 2017. With more than 40 years of practice and study, Lees includes the techniques of Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Vini-Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama. Her classes enhance every aspect of well-being. PARKING INFO
The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
