Yoga from the comfort of a chair ~ aah, yes!
Yoga from the comfort of a chair ~ aah, yes! The healthy benefits of stretching, strengthening, breathing, and meditation are yours without struggle. You will need a yoga mat (to keep the chair from slipping) but we will provide the chairs! All are welcome. $17 drop-in/$90 for series of six. Register at www.cultural-center.org or call 508-394-7100. The Cultural Center is located at 307 Old Main Street in South Yarmouth.

PARKING INFO
The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
