You will learn how to make dough (by hand or with a food processor) as well as how to roll, fit, and properly blind-bake pie crust. In addition to learning their secrets to making award-winning pies, you will enjoy a pie crust taste test and a slice of delicious, homemade pie from these championship pie bakers!

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
