Chef Joe Cyzinski’s Rome inspired dinner: home to one of the world’s great populist cuisines.
Wednesday, February 19, from 6-8pm. The cuisine thought of today as distinctly Roman is the result of millennia of converging influences, from the pastoral traditions of the surrounding countryside to Rome’s Jewish community, the oldest in Europe. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
