Make a covered pot for baking no knead bread or other baking forms for particular uses — pie plate, tagine, loaf pan, muffin pan, roaster.
Learn about choices of materials, size, shrinkage, lid fit, handles, safety, design for use and beauty. I will share my experience with iterative design through small production practice as in the development of the BreadPot, which started with a personal need. Demonstration of the process of making no knead bread will be included noting connections between working with clay and baking.
