Tonight we will start with elk carpaccio, elk sliders with wild mushroom sauce, rack chop of elk with red currant sauce, and finish with assorted cheeses and chocolates.

During this month in 1959 three Roosevelt elks were delivered to the Bronx Zoo from California. These elks are raised on ranges in the Provinces of Western Canada. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
