Online: Experimental Surfaces and Materials in Painting

Inspired by artists like Rauschenberg and more, students will use fabrics, collage, cardboard, image transfers and a plethora of bold material and surface choices in their work. Each week, students will be shown a lecture on past and present artists who push the material boundaries of their work. Then, students will be given a weekly assignment and critique, as well as a demonstration from their instructors on how to approach the materials and surfaces suggested. $400.00 nine online sessions
