Old Ways of Working With Wood

Explore the techniques and tools of the time-honored craft of woodworking in a talk by Tom Bednark owner of the Barnstable Bat Company.  The talk will cover the history and techniques of woodworking, various tools, and types of wood.  Tom is a lifelong woodworker by profession and currently makes wooden baseball bats and other items. Barnstable Bat has been in operation since 1992 and supplies bats for all levels of baseball.
