In this class we will create two traditional Lebanese sweets – Mahmoul are semolina based cookies wrapped around a variety of fillings.

In this class we will create two traditional Lebanese sweets – Mahmoul are semolina based cookies wrapped around a variety of fillings. We will use dates for one and pistachios for the other. We’ll also make Knefe, made with spun pastry, sweet cheese that is soaked in a sugar syrup and served warm and gooey!

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
