Join Amy in the kitchen as she teaches students to prepare a variety of Lebanese pizzas.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Thursday, September 15, from 6-8 pm. Join Amy in the kitchen as she teaches students to prepare a variety of Lebanese pizzas. We will create lamejun, topped with a spiced meat mixture, Zaa’tar topped with a spice mix that includes Sumac, Sesame Seeds and Oregano, and finally Maneesh topped with a delicious cheesy mixture. Be prepared to get your hands messy and bring your appetite! There will be plenty to eat in class and take home!

PARKING INFO
The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
