Learn, Sip, and Savor! Vietnamese Vegetarian Dinner Cooking Class, with Chef Joe Cizynski 

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Wednesday, January 26, from 6-8pm. In Vietnam, where the majority of the diet consists of meat and seafood, being a vegetarian may seem impossible, but surprisingly it’s not! Finding vegetarian food—called Quay Chays—is easy. Tonight, we will start with Banh mi (street food baguette sandwich), Ca Lan Xao Toi (stir fried morning glory, water spinach, and Asian cauliflower), wild mushroom Pho, and finish with a jackfruit sorbet with popped amaranth. Complimentary Alsatian bubbles will be poured. Wine recommendations: Alsatian Rieslings and Gewurtztraminer. Until further notice, students over 12 in all Cultural Center classes will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test conducted within 72 hours prior to the class.
