Hyannis Film Festival presents transgender comedian Julia Scotti in her Cape Cod premiere, on stage and with award-winning documentary Julia Scotti: Funny That Way, written and directed by Crossing Delancey writer Susan Sandler + local funny women.
Julia Scotti, a finalist on America's Got Talent, takes the stage on Friday, October 13, at 8 pm, with an opening appearance by national headliner Jane Condon, an audience favorite on Last Comic Standing. Cape Cod comedy playwrights, writers, and performers Sandra Lee Bolton and June Bowser-Barrett take the stage with stand-up comedy, a reading, and a short video, on Saturday, October 14 at 2 pm.
