It’s All in The Details, with Sarah Caruso

This is a class for advanced beginner to intermediate pottery students. After you’ve gotten the hang of centering and throwing basic forms, what’s next? In this class, we will delve into handles, knobs, lids, and feet, and how to make these additions integral to the design of your piece. These are the details that bring your basic forms to the next level.

All classes include 25 pounds of clay, and the glazing and firing of those 25#. Additional clay may be purchased if needed. Beginner tool kits may be purchased for $24.

Classes also include ample access to the studio during posted open studio hours. Ceramics is an art form that benefits from practice and social time outside of class time.
