International Violnist concert

The Historical Society of Old Yarmouth will host a concert by international violinist and tenor vocalist Elton Kam on July 20 at 7 p.m. at the South Yarmouth United Methodist Church. He has performed in Northern Ireland, England, Singapore, Canada and the United States.

A resident of Hyannis and Toronto, Kam has been a concert master for several international orchestras and performed and taught violin in the United Kingdom, Asia, Canada and the United States. He also prepares students for music exams, competitions and acceptance to orchestras in the U.S., Canada and United Kingdom.

The concert admission is $15 and can be paid through the HSOY website at www.hsoy.org/events or at the door. The church is at 324 Old Main St., South Yarmouth.
