Eric Kandel and Emily Braun in Conversation

Join us at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum later this summer for an afternoon conversation that brings together Nobel Prize–winning neuroscientist Eric Kandel with Emily Braun, Distinguished Professor of 20th Century European and American Art at Hunter College. The two experts will discuss Kandel’s most recent book, Reductionism in Art and Brain Science, in which he examines how science can inform the way we experience a work of art and seek to understand its meaning.
