Call for Artists for West Falmouth Library Art Show and Sale

We are happy to report that the West Falmouth Library Art Show and Sale is returning this summer! It will run from Friday, July 30th until Friday, August 13th during Library hours. Artists–please let Suzy Bergmann know as soon as possible by email if you plan to participate this year. Email is suzybergmannwfl@gmail.com

Drop off: Wednesday, July 28th between 1pm and 5pm If this time does not work for you please email suzybergmannwfl@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

Pick up: Friday, August 13th between 1pm and 5pm. Again if this does not work for you, please contact Suzy.

Opening reception: Friday, July 30th 5:00pm – 6:30pm

2 piece of framed art per person

Up to 5 pieces of unframed art

Artwork should be no larger than 30” in width.

Submission fee is $5.00 per framed piece and $2.00 per unframed piece.

Artists will be informed when their art sells so that it can be replaced with no fee.

Submission form, which is available at the Library, should be completed and mailed along with payment in the enclosed green envelope as soon as possible. This is greatly appreciated as it expedites the processing and preparation of the show.

Artist commission is 60% with 40% supporting the West Falmouth Library.
