Join us at Sturgis Library for a night of tea and health discussion with a certified herbalist and nutritional guide.
Pandora Peoples will discuss how to create your own herbal remedies with common garden herbs in the treatment of arthritis, allergies, back pain, Alzheimer’s, insomnia, slow metabolism, anxiety, digestive and urinary tract disorders. She will also discuss the history of tea and its medicinal qualities. Tea will be served at the event.
