Summer Kids Program: All About Butterflies!

Examine live samples of butterflies with Gabby in all the various life stages- caterpillar to chrysalis to flying beauty!  Learn to identify butterflies in the garden and make a fun butterfly craft. Participants will take home a chrysalis provided by Spohr Garden to hatch your own butterfly!

Jerz, a young scientist from the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL), is a butterfly expert and enthusiast. A graduate of Wellesley College, she learned to love insects studying abroad in the forests of Brazil and Madagascar!

This program is appropriate for ages 5 -10.
