Oktoberfest Dinner, with Chef Joe Cizynski 

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Wednesday, October 18, from 6-8pm. Join us for an Oktoberfest dinner celebration! This buffet-style dinner will include butternut squash soup with chestnuts, spinach and smoked ham, homemade bratwursts and sauerkraut, poached salmon with roasted apples and onions, Pichelsteiner (lamb stew with wild mushrooms and root vegetables) and finish with a hazelnut and almond meringue cake. Complimentary sparkling German Riesling will be served.
