Mindfulness Theater

This free 75-minute event features two short plays and a puppet show, all with mindful themes. Attendees will also experience gentle mindful stretching, which can be done seated or standing. We’ll conclude with a talkback with the actors and an opportunity to share, which is always voluntary.

Head Voices and The Body Knows are short plays written and directed by Pete Cormier.  Actors in Head Voices include Karen McPherson, Cathy Ode, Jan Bradbury Richmond, Karen Tanous and Pete Cormier. Actors in The Body Knows include Nick Reagan, Nina Badami, Lilly Moren, Alexis Engelman and Liz Zibart. Puppet craft is provided by Mary Rice and Happy Cabbage Puppet Theater.
