Founded in 1973 by Donald Enos, the Meeting House Chamber Music Festival has earned a reputation for presenting great classical and contemporary music, and this year is no exception. Cape Cod audiences will be treated to works by composers of various periods and many countries around the world—from Beethoven, Brahms, and Schumann to Frank Bridge, Florence Price, Benjamin Britten, Miguel del Aguila, George Gershwin, Rebecca Clarke, Eric Ewazen and others. In addition to Muresanu and Antonov, top instrumentalists from the region and the world stage will join the festival, including cellists Amit Peled, Matthias Naegele, and Bo Ericsson; violinists Joyce Hammann, Katie Lansdale, and Heather Goodchild Wade; violists Laura Manko Sahin and Danielle Farina; and hornist Clark Matthews.
The season finale will be presented on Monday July 24. Series tickets (6 concerts) only $90. Individual tickets at the door: $25 (under 18 free).
