Having just visited the AZORES, Lisbon, and Porto Chef Joe would like to share some of the food highlights of his trip.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Tuesday, June 21, from 6-8pm. Having just visited the AZORES, Lisbon, and Porto I want to share some of the food highlights of my trip. We will start with a marinated seafood salad with tomatoes and peaches, baked scallops in an octopus red wine sauce, roast hake and clams a lagareiro, and finish with a glass of Port and Roquefort cheese.
This is a BYOB class. Complimentary Port will be poured.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
