Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on three Wednesdays, starting November 30, from 9:30-10:30am. This stretching mat class can help improve flexibility, circulation, balance and relieve tension. Each class begins with centering and breath awareness, followed by a flow of gentle stretches, to keep our muscles lengthened and healthy. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
