Eastwind Gallery is excited to present the Featured Artist Exhibit, “Cape Cod & Beyond” by Digital Artists and Fine Arts Photographer, John Wiliszowski, Monday, August 1st through Saturday, August 6th.

As a professional, free-lance, teacher and staff photographer, John has been a pioneer in the medium of digital fine arts, blending photography and digital technologies into this captivating visual medium.  According to John, digital artists enjoy a unique medium that permits them to not only capture, but fashion images to create a truly filmic story.  The image exists as a giclée on canvas, metal, or fine arts papers and are archival quality collectibles.

John boats the waters of New England, Cape Cod, and the Islands, and his works reflect a passion for sailing ships, the sea, and the scenic shores surrounding Cape Cod.  Additionally, throughout his career, he has enjoyed worldwide challenges of photojournalism, advertising, fine arts, portrait, and event photography; always striving to capture that special moment; deliver a stirring story or elicit a heartfelt response. Meet the Artist; Come meet John at Eastwind Gallery & Studio on Tuesday, August 2nd, and Saturday, August 6th from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and join him in spirited discussions about the sea, sailing, and digital fine arts.

Eastwind Gallery is a cooperative with 14 gallery artists displaying a diverse array of artwork. The gallery is located downstairs between Watson’s Men’s Apparel & Gallant Jewelry in the heart of the Orleans Cultural District. Enter from Main St. or Main St. Square where FREE parking is available behind Watson’s with a rear entrance to the gallery. Gallery hours until June 30th are Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. July gallery hours will be Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
