Payment will need to be made by credit card or Paypal at time of completion. Paper entry forms are also available in the library at the front desk. In person forms can be paid by cash or check.
Art drop-off is Wednesday, July 19th, 1pm-5pm; and Art pick-up is Saturday, August 5th, 10am-1pm.
There is a limit of two framed items and five unframed items per entrant, maximum size of 800 sq inches. Submission fee is $5.00 per framed piece and $2.00 per unframed piece. Framed is anything that needs to be hung on panels (or leaned up against windows, etc). Unframed is anything that can go into print racks.
When your art sells we will contact you and you can replace it without a fee! Artist commission is 60% with 40% supporting the West Falmouth Library.
Please submit your entry form before July 14th. This is greatly appreciated as it expedites the processing and preparation of the show.

*** You can also donate your art, where the library would receive 100% of the profit! There would be no size restrictions and artists will be given the paperwork needed to write it off on their taxes if the art is sold. If the art doesn’t sell you would receive the item back.***
