Book description: Sergeant Frank Bartow and Detective Donna Dillon are enjoying the fourth of July on the river. Frank sees an expensive yacht pull into a nearby dock. The operator of the yacht is an old connection, Lieutenant Bobby Giordano. After a brief conversation Frank becomes suspicious. Much of his feelings stem from his knowledge of Bobby. “Once a cop, always a cop”.
Alan Mulstay grew up in Brooklyn, New York. After serving in the United States Air Force at the age of 23, he joined the Nassau County Police Department. He served there for 32 years and retired as a Deputy Chief. Alan now lives in North Falmouth. This book is dedicated to the thousands of police officers who serve us.
