Annual Artful Gift Show and Sale: Benefit for the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod

The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod is a non-profit organization devoted to supporting the 10,000 Cape Cod individuals, and their caregivers, who are living with Alzheimer's and other Dementia-related illnesses. They provide free, personalized services for patients and their families, including care consultations, counseling, support groups, and cultural activities.
