"Paw Prints" - The Teaticket Tiger Collection

Falmouth Public School students from Teaticket Elementary grades K-4 will exhibit their artwork at the Maser Gallery at Falmouth Community Television from March 5 through March 30, 2017. The public is invited to attend the Opening Reception on Sunday, March 5, from 4:00-5:30pm.

Students in Grades K-4 will exhibit a variety of art including paintings, prints, collage, weaving, and colored pencil drawings.

When asked about the title of this show, Teaticket art teacher, Julie Duffany, explained: “The Teaticket School mascot is the Tigers. When I think of the students and their artwork, I see how free, playful and imaginative they can be. I want to compare them to little tiger cubs playing, but instead of being covered with mud, they end up covered in paint and glue by the time they are finished. They have fun and in the process make some really beautiful work with their “paws.”
