Tuscan Wine and Food with Joseph Cizynski

Come and enjoy the wines and foods from rolling hills of the Tuscany region of Italy. We will be tasting crisp Vernaccia from the towered town of San Gimignano, Chiantis from Casa Emma, Brunellos from the hillside town of Montalcino and finish with the decadent dessert wine Vin Santo from along the shores of the Arno river. These wines will be paired with foods from the region such as baked cod in brunello sauce, polpettines (small Tuscan veal meatballs), veal ragu with papardelle pasta and olive oil torta with stewed fruits.
