These classes will focus on basic techniques and how their principles can be applied across a variety of proteins and vegetables.
Week 1: Roasting
Starter - roasted butternut bisque
Entrée- classic roast chicken - butter and sage roasted w/ pan jus and au gratin potatoes
and wilted spinach.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
