Art at Orleans Senior Center

The Art at Orleans Senior Center (AOSC) board works for the Council on Aging (COA) through the Friends of Orleans Council on Aging, Inc., (FOCA) a non-profit group, MA ID # 013660.  The AOSC was established in April 2000 with a grant from the Virginia Goldman Foundation.  Funds were used to establish a permanent collection of work by leading Orleans artists. AOSC maintains the collection and mounts two exhibits each year. From October through April or May, the permanent collection is displayed throughout the building. From May or June through September, a juried show, open to local artists, of approximately 70 to 80 pieces is displayed in public areas.
