Yoga in the Garden
Start your day off with a relaxing and revitalizing yoga session with instructors from The Yoga Collaborative.
Join us for a slow paced, gentle yoga class designed to both strengthen and stretch. We will integrate mindful movement with breathwork and meditation to invite greater presence and ease as you start your day.
Classes will be held every Thursday morning through the end of August from 9-10 am, weather permitting. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
