Planning Your Visit
By Car
The Provincetown Theater offers free parking to all patrons attending our performances. For those attending a show, free parking is available starting three hours before showtime and lasting one hour after the show ends. Patrons should park in our rear lot (down the driveway to the right of the building) unless they require handicapped parking, which is available on the side of the building closest to Bradford St. See the image below for more information.
We are easily accessible from the east by taking Route 6A (Bradford St.) and from the West by traveling down Bradford St. or by taking the Howland St. exit from Route 6 West.
By Bicycle
Parking is also available for bicycles at our Theater, though we do ask that cyclists take the proper precautions for securing their vehicle. Bike racks are available on the front and right sides of the building.
By Taxi/Pedicab
Local taxis and pedicab drivers regularly drop off and pick up patrons from our location. Advance trip reservations can often be made as well.
By Foot
The Theater is just under a mile from the center of town, so the distance can also be walked. Walk east down Commercial St. until arriving at the old Schoolhouse and then take a left on Howland, then a right on Bradford.
