
Southeast Asian Cooking demonstration with tastings
Fusion cuisine combines elements of Southeast Asian cuisine with Western methods and ingredients. In this demonstration class with tastings, we will make Spicy red and white shrimp dumplings with Thai cucumber salad and stir fried coconut chicken with bok choy and basil jasmine steamed rice. We will finish with East West Ginger cake and cardamom cream!
