Sound Bathing

Please join Victoria Vandeplas for a crystal bowl sound bath relaxation with energetic harmonization in the gardens.  Let go of anything that no longer serves you. Leave feeling rebalanced, elevated, and rejuvenated. Please dress accordingly in comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, a blanket or two, socks if your feet get cold and anything else you might want to feel comfortable lying down.

Victoria Vandeplas is a certified sound healer, Kundalini Yoga teacher, crystal healer and Reiki master based in Los Angeles. She has traveled extensively throughout the world and frequently visits India where she has studied and taught sound healing and yoga. From these experiences Victoria brings a transmission of ancient wisdom from the Himalayas and beyond and a deep understanding to her teaching and healing practice.
