The practice of Qigong integrates the mind, body, and spirit energies through breath work, gentle stretching, warm-ups, “flows”, and meditation to promote wellness, increased vitality, and overall sense of wellbeing. Session one will begin on Tuesday, June 6 and continue for four weeks (6/6. 6/13, 6/20, 6/27) 9:15 am-10:15 am The second session will run in July and August (7/11, 7/18, 8/1, 8/8) The cost will be $10/class, $12/Drop-ins. Students are encouraged to dress comfortably. No mat is required.
