Chef Adrian Cyr has been a restaurant owner and professional cooking instructor at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts for over 25 years.  He will incorporate the historic and cultural aspects of the food you see prepared.  He offers cooks of all levels an intimate hands-ondemonstration at Castle Hill.
