Moonstruck, 1987 directed by Norman Jewison, is full of magic, memorable characters, and some of the best lines in modern movie history… we'll all be howling " La bella luna" by the end! With a hunger for true love, Loretta Castorini (the inimitable Cher, in perhaps her finest role) cooks a steak for Ronnie Cammareri, (Nicholas Cage) a begrudged baker and the brother of her fiancé. Depicting the complexities of two Italian-American multi-generational families, it’s a comedic favorite boasting an all-star cast.
