Demystifying Mindfulness: Meditation, Movement & More
This workshop will introduce several forms of mindfulness: meditation, mindful stretching, journaling in response to mindful prompts, and a short play based on a mindfulness theme.
This free 90-minute workshop will introduce attendees to multiple forms of mindfulness including a guided meditation sit, mindful stretching (seated or standing), and journaling or sketching in response to mindful prompts. Attendees will also view a short play, which explores the theme of mindfulness and there will be opportunities for reflection and voluntary sharing throughout the event.
