David Briggs in Concert at the Church of the Transfiguration in Orleans

Hear internationally renowned organist David Briggs in a return concert on the surround-sound St. Cecilia organ at the Church of the Transfiguration, Rock Harbor, Orleans. Mr. Briggs’ performances are acclaimed for their musicality, virtuosity, and ability to excite and engage audiences of all ages. The concert program will include transcriptions of primarily orchestral works for the organ; the Prince of Denmark’s March by Jeremiah Clarke, movements from Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite, Sarabande (from ‘Pour le piano’) by Debussy, and Brahms’ Symphony No 1 in C minor.
