Carolyn Enger Classical Piano concert
Ms. Enger’s popular Lyricism Then & Now program is a multifaceted exploration of songlike idioms in work from the classical period to the present day.
Ms. Enger’s popular Lyricism Then & Now program is a multifaceted exploration of songlike idioms in works from the Classical period up to the present day, including compositions by Mendelssohn, Schubert, Leonard Bernstein, and Caroline Shaw. She will also include a larger work by Schubert and add some Women and some American composers to round out the program.
