Clinical psychologist and poet Barry Hellman is the founder, curator, and host of the Cape Cod Poetry Group.The Group sponsors poetry & music events and poetry workshops featuring CCPG members and other selected poets, musicians, and actors, and publishes a Facebook group page for its members.

Events are held at the Wellfleet, Brewster, Orleans, and Truro libraries, as well as other venues on Cape Cod.
