Founded as a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation in June of 2019, Hyannis Film Festival was established to produce an annual film festival that enhances cultural and economic growth for Hyannis and surrounding communities.

Our vision: Cape Cod’s unique environment inspires many. We focus on encouraging filmmakers to discover the intersection of light, location, water, and art. Films exhibited will have an emphasis on location and cinematography and will explore the critical role environment plays in storytelling.
