Navigating ADHD is a solutions based approach to supporting families whose lives are affected by ADHD. At Navigating ADHD, we believe that each child is unique and strong and can become all they dream of becoming. When children are supported with the right strategies for their individual needs by their families, educators, doctors, therapists, coaches or any others in their circle, they will flourish and grow. We call this Circles of Support®. because anyone diagnosed with ADHD needs a complete circle of support for optimal growth.  We provide the “how” and the support for making it happen!

Co-founders Tracey Bromley Goodwin, M.Ed, ADHD Coach and Holly Oberacker, ATR, LMHC merged their unique expertise and ADHD focused experience with the integration of art to develop proven methods for managing the symptoms of ADHD. This dual combination of art therapy and educational coaching is the core foundation of  their multi-sensory approach which addresses the behavioral, organizational, and executive functioning needs of those affected by ADHD. Tracey and Holly believe in discovering concrete solutions to help individuals reach their fullest potential.
