Provincetown CabaretFest, under the guidance of John O’Neil, first appeared in 1999. In 2015, singer and Cape Cod resident Patricia Fitzpatrick and her company Ambassador Productions brought Mr. O’Neil back to help relaunch this musical & educational event The weekend is packed with activities that provide ; educational, entertainment and fun, celebrating The Art of Cabaret!
The CabaretFest format includes four days and three nights of cabaret, music, master classes taught be performers, networking, humor and fun. A Thursday night Open Mic party launches the festival, followed by a Friday night variety show featuring professional and aspiring performers, and a Saturday night headliner show. The weekend concludes on Sunday with performances by master class graduates.
