Animals in Spring Live Animal Show With Naturalist & Educator Joy Marzolf

Presented by Cape Cod Museum of Natural History at Cape Cod Museum of Natural History

Spring is a time of change!

Observing wildlife in the spring can be a fascinating adventure. Some animals are emerging from hibernation while some have been active all winter.  Migratory birds return from their southern destinations to mate, singing or even “dancing” to show off. Joy will be bringing snakes, lizards, and turtles! Learn about these animals in springtime up close and personal and learn more about their wild relatives.

In June of 2020, Joy started her company, The Joys of Nature, Nature Travel, and Live Animal Programs. Previously, Joy was a naturalist and educator at Mass Audubon’s Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary for nearly 14 years. There she taught numerous programs for a wide range of ages on topics including butterflies and dragonflies, reptiles and amphibians, mammals, animal tracking, and photography. Also, she is currently Naturalist Study Leader for Road Scholar.
