Artwork submitted should be vertical. The poster will be printed on 12 X18 paper. No horizontal or square work will be considered.

Although your work may contain hydrangeas or even feature them, the tagline of the event is \"A Summer Garden Celebration” so a painting that conveys the magic of Cape Cod Gardens, including hydrangeas, would be valued and more likely to be chosen.

You can submit a low-resolution photo for judging, but you will either need to supply a large, 300 dpi photo for printing, or be available to have someone from our poster committee photograph the work outside of a frame this May.

All artwork submitted will be judged by the Poster Committee. There will be one submission selected and that work will be used for Hydrangea Festival 2024 poster. Artist gives the right for use of their image with their name as artist underneath. It is understood that the Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival logo will also be included on the poster. Artist agrees to show the original artwork (and sell if they wish) at the Harvest of Barnstable exhibit and sale after the festival. Dates TBA.

Please title the image sent with your name. This is for the ease of sorting, but the committee will not see those names during judging. If submitting more than one piece, label as “myname1”, “myname2” etc.
