Join us for a fun and delicious class where you will learn how to make Knefe and Kaak, two of the most popular Lebanese treats. Knefe is a crispy cheese-filled pastry made with shredded phyllo dough and soaked in sugar syrup. Kaak is a sesame seed coated bread that is shaped like a purse. You will enjoy a warm and satisfying dessert and a crunchy and savory bread that you can take home and share with your family and friends. $47/$43 for members.
