Celebrate late spring by making delicious, crispy wood-fired pizzas using the freshest, tastiest, seasonal ingredients. When the oven is ready, we'll hone our dough-stretching skills and experience using the peel to launch pizzas onto the oven's searing-hot hearth.

Chef Adrian Cyr has been a restaurant owner and professional cooking instructor at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts for over 25 years. He specializes in regional Italian and provincial French cuisine. Chef Adrian will educate, inspire and delight you with a culinary excursion that is geared towards understanding technique. He will incorporate the historic and cultural aspects of the food you see prepared.
