Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on four Tuesdays, beginning June 6, from 10-11am. Did you know that your beautiful body was designed to experience joyful, playful movement?

That's because moving our bodies in this way naturally helps us feel better by reducing stress & tension that builds up in our bodies, leaving us with the feeling of lightness and freedom! Unfortunately, as grown-ups we don't make enough time for joyful, playful movement because we're too busy "adulting". Flow movement with fun, beautiful props like Silk Fans gives us an excuse to bring this magical movement and healing energy into our life. Because Silk Fan Flow is dynamic & versatile, it's possible for all ages and levels of mobility to experience the kind of joyful movement our bodies crave to feel: balance and bliss! No dance experience is necessary, and Silk Fans are provided for all workshops. This 4-class bundle will provide you with the skills to explore and expand your own unique flow movement.
